Chef Milton Ferreira, who grew up in the Douro, remains deeply connected to the region, and considers Casa das Pipas Restaurant his true gastronomic home. Since his culinary journey began here, it is with great pleasure that he now welcomes two renowned Portuguese chefs to join him in this special dining experience.

On 28th MarchCasa das Pipas Restaurant will host an exclusive dinner where Chef Milton Ferreira will welcome Chef Rui Paula - the driving force behind several landmark projects in Portuguese gastronomy, including the two Michelin-starred Casa de Chá da Boa Nova and DOC - together with Chef Joel Paiva, resident chef at DOC Restaurant in Folgosa.

The evening offers a journey through refined and expressive flavours with dishes created by the three chefs. Showcasing the finest seasonal ingredients and innovative techniques, the menu will reflect a combination of their inspiration and culinary influences, expressed with distinctive flair.

The event begins at 7.30pm with a welcome drink, followed by dinner composed of a series of curated courses. Each course will be paired with a selection of excellent wines, enhancing the flavours and creating a diverse and immersive sensory experience. With the Douro landscape as a backdrop, the experience will be enriched by live music in an engaging atmosphere.

Dinner costs €125 per person and places are limited, so secure yours and enjoy a memorable evening full of culinary surprises in a unique and welcoming atmosphere.
