Reservations of more than 9 rooms may imply the application of special conditions and additional costs.

Children

The Manor House: maximum of 1 child per Standard and Superior room
Casa do Lagar: maximum of 1 child per Superior and Standard Family room and 2 children per Suite
A cot or extra bed for a child up to 2 years old is complimentary. An extra bed for children between 3 and 11 years old is available at a cost of €32.50 per night/child.*
*Children’s supplements are not automatically calculated at the time of booking. Upon prior indication (in the “ADDITIONAL DETAILS AND PREFERENCES” box), they will be reserved and added to your invoice at Check-Out.

Cancellation Policies

A credit card is required at the time of booking. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise it prior to arrival.
Cancellations and modifications are free of charge until 6:00 pm (Lisbon time) on the 7th day prior to the arrival date.
A penalty equal to the first night’s stay will be charged within the 7 days prior to arrival in case of late cancellation or modification, no-show, or early departure.
